Bendaka Fry

Ingredients
1. Bendakai (Ladyfingers) - 500 Gms
2. Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
3. Red Chili Powder
4. Turmeric Powder
5. Garam Masala Powder (Optional)
6. Grated Coconut
7. Salt

Method:
Cut Bendakai into small pieces...

Now in a pan, take 2 tbsp oil, put some jeera let it fry for a few seconds.  Add Bendakai. Allow it to fry till it shrinks in size... Put little salt, so it cooks fast.
 
When it’s ready, put 1 tsp red chili powder (as per your requirement), 1/2 tsp haldi powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder is your choice.

Then add grated coconut, fry for a min… add salt if not enough. Your Bendakai fry is ready.
