Buns
Buns are a yummy very simple tea time snack which is mostly prepared by Moyars.
Ingredients

  • 2 cups Maida flour
  • 1 tsp Bengal gram flour (chana flour)
  • 2  bananas (Ripe)
  • 1 tsp baking soda[Optional]
  • Sugar-1/2 cup
  • 1 cup curd (yogurt)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Egg-1

Method
Sieve Maida and chana flour separately. Mixie curd, egg beaten, banana, sugar, and soda to fine paste... Now add the ground mixture to the flours and kneed them well to make a ball.  Apply little oil and keep under cover for 4-5 hours after which, make smaller balls and roll them into small puri shapes. Drop them in hot oil one by one and fry them till golden brown.
Tasty crisp buns are ready to serve
